Yes—based on your garage size, confirmed with photos before we show up. We have three packages: 1-Car ($499), 2-Car ($599), and 3-Car ($699). No per-item fees, no hourly overruns, no surprises at the door.

What's included in the flat-rate price? +

Every package includes labor, loading, haul-away, basic sorting (keep/donate/dispose per your instructions), and a final sweep-out of the cleared area. That's it—everything in one price.

What if my garage is more loaded than a typical cleanout? +

Flat rates assume typical household garage contents. If yours is packed to the ceiling, contains heavy construction debris, or needs special handling, we'll flag it during photo confirmation and quote options before any work begins. Nothing happens without your sign-off.

What's the difference between 1-car, 2-car, and 3-car? +

The packages are based on the size of your garage space—not how full it is. A 1-car garage has a single bay, 2-car has two bays, etc. Not sure which one you have? Send us a photo and we'll confirm. If you're in between, book either and we'll sort it out before arrival.

No payment required at booking. We confirm scope first, then payment is collected at the time of service. We'll share payment details when we lock in your date.

How do I book a cleanout? +

Head to our Pricing page, choose your garage size, and fill out the booking form. You'll pick a date window and upload a few garage photos. We'll confirm scope and lock in your appointment within a few hours.

How quickly can you get here? +

Availability varies by season and demand. We always aim to confirm your booking within 24 hours and can often schedule within the same week. The best way to check is to submit a booking request—we'll tell you what's open.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Life happens. Just text or call us as soon as you know, and we'll work out a new date. Since no payment is collected upfront, there's no financial penalty for rescheduling with reasonable notice.

Yes. We offer morning and afternoon windows on weekends. Weekend slots tend to fill up faster, so the sooner you book the better.

How long does a garage cleanout take? +

Most jobs are completed in a single visit. The exact time depends on volume and access—a 1-car cleanout might take 1–2 hours, a 3-car could run 3–4. We move efficiently and don't leave you waiting around. We'll give you a better estimate after reviewing your photos.

Do I have to be home during the cleanout? +

Preferred for the first visit—it helps to do a quick walkthrough together so we're aligned on keep/donate/dispose decisions. If you absolutely can't be there, we can coordinate access and a clear plan in advance. Just let us know when you book.

How do you protect my home during the cleanout? +

We take care moving heavy or bulky items out of tight spaces. The crew does a quick walkthrough at the start to identify anything that needs extra care—fragile items, low clearance areas, flooring concerns. If anything comes up, we flag it before we start moving.

Can I keep some items while having the rest removed? +

Absolutely. We'll do a walkthrough at the start and let you point out what stays. During the job, if something comes up, just flag it. We only haul what you want gone.

Do you donate or recycle items? +

Yes. We'll sort according to your instructions. If you want donation-friendly sorting, tell us up front before we arrive and we'll separate accordingly. We do our best to keep usable items out of landfill.

Do you remove hazardous waste? +

No. We can't take hazardous materials—chemicals, paint, solvents, propane tanks, pesticides, or anything that requires specialized disposal. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, text us a photo and we'll tell you the best next step and where to take it.

Can you take electronics and appliances? +

Most electronics and small appliances—yes. Large appliances like refrigerators or washing machines can usually be taken too, but it's worth mentioning when you book. E-waste (computers, TVs) is handled on a case-by-case basis—just ask and we'll confirm.

Can you haul large furniture and heavy items? +

Yes—furniture, exercise equipment, shelving, and most heavy items are within standard scope. If you have something particularly massive or awkward (a loaded gun safe, for example), mention it in your booking notes so we can plan the right crew and equipment.
